Our research is carried out remotely, using desktop searches of publicly available information, based on the property address and postal code you provided to us when placing your order.  A sufficient basis of comparison is ensured by calibrating the research radius until a target number of comparables is attained. Neither Platinum Estate Investment Group Consulting Division Ltd nor its staff nor any third party involved in our research or the compilation of the report have visited the property or the local area.  

The research report is typically delivered in 5 working days for a normal priority, and 48 hours for an urgent execution, where ordered.
